We are selling our home without a realtor, but we have professionals to help the whole way through.

We are doing this to save on fees, and because we think that we will all have a better experience if we deal with each other directly. This is our home, and we’ve loved it, and we want whoever buys it to love it too. So we prefer to be personally available.

We will merge costs for things like appraisals and inspections wherever we can.
